EFC Finds Serenity at Work: Celebrates International Day of Yoga with Chair Yoga Sessions Pan-India

Following this year’s theme, “Yoga for Self and Society”, the company held ‘Chair Yoga’ – an engaging online session simultaneously across all its branches pan-India, promoting inner-serenity and mindfulness of employees right at their desks.

The event was welcomed initially with surprise and witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees covering all departments and executive levels. Certified yoga instructor, led sessions specifically designed for Chair Yoga, allowing everyone to participate, regardless of physical limitations. The sessions incorporated gentle stretches, mindful breathing exercises, and guided meditations, promoting relaxation and focus within the office environment.
